We want you to love your South Park gear, but if your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed apparel. Please note that custom items and final sale merchandise are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
